Desinger bag made from vinyl flooring - the new retro hit!

Throughout the '70s and '80s, it was both practical and modern with vinyl flooring in kitchens and utility rooms. Now the the vinyl flooring resurrects in the form of designer handbags in familiar patterns and surfaces.

The new bags are called Kitchen Floor Bags, designed by American Sam Cooper, who lives in Berlin. Sam Cooper has been inspired by vinyl flooring from now and then. Among other the classics are 'chess-pattern' and the just as popular vinyls with "studs" and various parquet, granite and metal-look.

The are bags made from one piece, gives an extra rigidity and stability, easy to scan the contents of the bag. A wide strap makes the bag comfortable to carry on the shoulders, while velcro keeps the lid securely in place.
