Folding Colander from Joseph Joseph

Practical colander that does not take up much space when not in use.

The colander is designed so that if you press the handles together, the sides fold up. When you are finished using the colander, you fold the sides down and the colander is again flat and can be tucked away in a drawer or be put together with the cutting board - without taking up extra space.

The colander is made of polypropylene and measures 42 x 32.5 x 1 cm. (flat) or 27 x 22 x 14 cm. (folded). The colander is dishwasher safe.

The folding colander won the RedDot Design Award in 2008.
