Cut and Curve chopping board from Joseph Joseph

No less than a brilliant cutting board designed by John Brauer for Joseph Joseph.

The cutting board is doble sided. On one side, it has "barbs" holding the meat in place while you are cutting. On the other side, it has a smooth surface. Note the "slope" gathering the juice, crumbs or the like which makes it easy to pour the juice into the sink afterwards. Really a good practical function that makes cleaning easier.
