Old beer bottles get a great new life thanks to the star designers Tord Bootje and Emma Woffenden from Artenicas.

The series Transglass is made of old wine- and beer bottles that are cleaned and shaped by artisans in Guatemala. The result is products with clean and nice shapes.

The colors come from the old glasses and the vases have a unique shape.

The collection was lanched last year, but is already part of the permanent collection at the prestigious Museum of Modern Art in New York.
