In the context of electronic payment using a secure encrypted web method through the system. This means that no one comes into possession of your card details as they are sent in encrypted from the PBS.

Delivery.
All packages come with DSV, GLS or another freight company, depending on which products to be delivered.
Hours of operation for removal.
You will receive an email as soon as the package is leaving Dubuy.dk, so you can follow the packets by our track & trace system.
Returns.
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your order, and you can only take a final position when you have the item in hand.
Dubuy.dk therefore offer 14 day return policy, and you can ether change the product to something else or you can get your money back. However, it is a condition that the goods are unused and undamaged. The product must be returned in original packaging and enclose a copy of a receipt.
Shipping costs for returning non-refundable.
Goods to be exchanged for other goods will be exchanged the same day we receive the returned item.

This means that you either get it repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
