We think that we are making great efforts to locate and import high quality goods and we stand 100% inside of everything we sell.
But there is probably no better to judge our goods - than our clients themselves?
Therefore, we offers that our customers can write about the products they have purchased from us. The ratings will continue to be visible under the individual products.
All products a customer has purchased will be in a small text box under "My ratings" on "My Account". With a short text and a click of the mouse, the reviews sent to us.
As thanks for the time customers spend on the reviews, they achieve a discount for each rating they send in and which will be approved. The unearned discount is available on each customer's account, and released just when they please. Using the rebate to reset it, and you begin again to pick off points along the new submitted reviews.
It is our hope that more and more customers will use this function, so our users can benefit from other users' experiences with our shop and our products.
To send a review:
1. Login (top middle)
2. Click on "MY ACCOUNT" (top middle)
3. click on "MY REVIEWS" (left)
4. Write a short text by the reviews
5. Press "SEND REPORTS" (below each item you have rated)
6. Wait for the reviews will be approved. (About 1-2 days)
Once the reviews are approved, you can top "My ratings" see what percentage discount you have earned and you can trigger the rebate when you want to use it.
Remember: When the discount has been activated it must be used within the first month, and you start a new one with to earn discounts on ratings. Discount code can not be combined with other discount codes.
